Canyon

Day 1: Grand Canyon

Have your cameras ready as we embark on the entire 25-mile scenic Desert View Drive that offers breathtaking views of the Grand Canyon, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. It runs along the southern rim from the east entrance to the main south entrance with numerous opportunities to view stunning vantage points of the Grand Canyon. This is also a popular place to catch pictures of local wildlife. Partake in a leisurely stroll along the paved Rim Trail at Grand Canyon Village where you can explore the area and absorb all that the Grand Canyon has to offer. Discover the architectural treasures along the South Rim of the Grand Canyon such as the historic El Tovar Hotel, Hopi House, Yavapai Observation Station, and Desert View Watchtower. You will also have the opportunity to shop Native American arts and crafts from the Navajo and Hopi Tribe and browse traditional souvenirs.

Day 2: Secret Antelope Canyon

Tour one of the most photographic areas in Arizona. Drive through the painted desert and learn about the Navajo Nation along the way as we journey through Page you will be able to explore Glen Canyon Dam, Carl Hayden Visitor Center, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and Secret Canyon. Longer and with a greater crest than the Hoover Dam, Glen Canyon Dam is responsible for the development of the town of Page and Lake Powell. Perched on the edge of the cliff, Carl Hayden Visitor Center provides excellent views of the Dam, Colorado River and Glen Canyon Bridge. It is also an excellent place to explore the many exhibits that show how the Dam works and it’s significance to the area. As you look beyond the Dam you will see the second largest man-made lake in America, Lake Powell. After lunch at a Mexican restaurant start your tour of Secret Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend with a view of the Colorado River 1000 feet below.

Secret Canyon Slot Canyon Tours

You will visit two authentic Native American historical dwellings. Your guide will then take you within 100 yards of the iconic Horseshoe Bend on private land, avoiding the throngs of people as they hike more than a mile to and from.

After the tour, you will have lunch at a restaurant of your choice in Page, Arizona.

Secret Canyon ToursTours

You will then be transported back to the Page Airport where your private helicopter operated by Guidance Air will be waiting to fly you back to the Sedona airport. A private vehicle will pick you up from the airport and take you back to your resort.

There is a choice to drive one way, if you would like a ground tour enroute to Page. This choice will add an hour and a half to your tour day. If you choose to helicopter both ways, total tour time will range from 5-6 hours.
